Preferred Hotel | Resort Fee:
To support the implementation of these new sustainability practices, safety measures and service enhancements, a new Sustainability, Health and Safety Fee of $24 USD per room per night will be collected locally upon check-in, independent of room occupancy. Effective November 1, 2020, this fee will automatically absorb any existing local fees that were previously established, such as the Country Sustainability Fee from Saint Lucia used for destination development and community support on the island. Please note that a portion of the resort fee will go towards defraying all the additional costs and expenses that the resorts incurred to introduce the enhanced health and safety protocols required due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with health regulations. The Sustainability, Health and Safety Fee applies to all incoming guests, including groups, regardless of when the booking was made.
