Farm to Table All Inclusive
Includes daily breakfast, lunch and dinner, soft drinks, house brand alcoholic beverages with wine and beer by the glass.
The meal plan also includes one communal 'Farm Table' dinner for every seven-night stay (subject to availability). Set among vegetable and fruit crops, this 30-foot-long table provides an exquisite communal dining experience set al fresco.

The Kitichen
Visit the Kitchen, within our Great House, situated high above the resort for relaxed dining with everything you would expect from one of the world's leading sustainable hotels.

Arthur's
Arthur’s offers an oceanfront dining experience on the black sand beach in Dieppe Bay, just a 10-minute drive from the resort. With a location just down the beach from a fishing spot popular with locals, Arthur’s menu reflects the freshest catch of the day, paired with complementary produce from the farm.

The Mill Bar
Visit The Mill Bar at Belle Mont Farm and travel back to the days when sugar cane was “King” and St. Kitts was known as “Sugar City”, thanks to an eclectic mix of the sights, smells and paraphernalia of a traditional West Indian Sugar Mill. Instead of processing cane into sugar and rum, the Mill focuses on creating exotic cocktails inspired by the fruit and herbs found around our sustainable resort.

The Farm
Set in the center of the 400-acre farm among herbs, vegetables and fruit crops, this 30’ foot long table provides an al fresco communal dining experience. With family-style platters of just-picked garden greens, passed from guest to guest, accompanying main dishes.

Rolling Mango (in-room dining)
For freshly prepared catering on a whim, the Rolling Mango offer meals skillfully cooked at the doorstep. The resort’s unique interpretation of in-room dining is a team of local chefs who prepare meals on the spot via portable cooking supplies within a gourmet mobile kitchen.
