Preferred Hotel | Palladium Hotel Group does not accept Spring Break or Student Groups at any time of year, regardless of their age and whether they are escorted or not. The Hotel reserves the right to withhold admission should any of these groups make a reservation and come to stay at one of the resorts. Official photo ID and full stay deposit will be required at check-in if it is obvious that the group is made up of students traveling together. Guest will be removed from property in case of any disturbance or complaint from other guests or hotel staff.

Honeymoon Couples (maximum 2 months from actual date of marriage): Amenities include complimentary gifts in room upon arrival, free room upgrade subject to availability and late checkout. Please mention when making reservations.
