Transfers to Isla Mujeres: Palace Resorts provides a complimentary sea ride from their dock north of Cancun to the resort's own dock at the hotel; this is included in the price of their package. Clients can purchase round trip transfers with BD Travel to Puerto Juarez, where Palace Resorts' will be waiting, or they can take a cab. If they don't purchase transfers from BD Travel, they will need to arrange the timing of their pickup and drop off directly with the hotel. Email [email protected] no less than 24 hours prior to guest’s arrival, between 9:00 a.m. and 06:00 p.m. EST. Your email must include the following: Arrival date, Number of passengers, Airline, Flight Number and time of arrival. NOTE: Requests made the day of guest’s arrival are not accepted. “Islander” operates between the hours of 08:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and does not operate on Wednesdays. Restrictions apply for groups. If “Islander” is not available due to weather conditions, maintenance or any other circumstances beyond our control, guests are responsible for the purchase of ferry tickets, taxi or any other transportation.
